Read more about our syllabus by clicking here. At babyballet Romford, Chelmsford, Brentwood and Billericay, we strive to create a fun, friendly and inclusive experience for everyone – no matter what your child’s age or ability. Not to mention, our classes are a great way for parents, carers and guardians to meet up and make new friends too! For babies, tots, toddlers, pre-schoolers and school starters alike, babyballet classes at our venues in Romford, Chelmsford, Brentwood and Billericay run 7 days a week. So if you live in Romford, Brentwood, Billericay, Chelmsford or surrounding areas (Dagenham, Harold Hill, Harold Wood, Gidea Park, Hornchurch, Upminster, Collier Row, Hutton, Shenfield, Ramsden Heath, Noak Hill, Stock, Springfield, Great Baddow, Galleywood, Broomfield etc), please take a look at our timetable – which is quick and easy to use when booking your three-week trial at babyballet. Our preschool dance syllabus has been carefully designed to ensure each child is taught the principles of ballet and tap at the right developmental level while boosting confidence, and of course having lots of fun. Our programme fits well within the UK Government’s Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, with our classes providing the opportunity for babies and young children to learn and develop key life skills in a healthy and safe environment. When signing your child up for a three-week trial, you will need to ensure they are within the age parameters outlined for each stage. If in doubt, please start in the lower age group to begin with as your teacher will liaise with you should your child need to move up a stage. After registering, you will be sent an enrolment email full of information that will let you know what to expect. Please allow up to 48 hours to receive this email and double check your junk or spam folder! Following the introductory trial, you will receive an email containing all the details you need to continue with our classes and become a babyballet member. Along with term dates and information about how to make future payments to secure your place, you will be sent an invoice for the remaining weeks in the current term plus your one off babyballet membership fee. This covers your child’s insurance for the class, together with a membership pack. You can read more about what’s included here.

Kent,

Our motto at Bishop Justus is Success through Faith, Love and Learning and this underpins all of the work we do with our young people from year 6 transition to sending students onto further education, apprenticeships and the world of work. We nurture all of our students to know their identity is rooted in the love that God has for them. They are encouraged to have faith and hope in themselves and the others in our community. We pride ourselves in the active, intentional and ongoing engagement with differences in a purposeful manner. The success in society as a rounded individual is based on the love that we demonstrate when we work closely together. At our school, we value the ways in which pedagogy, curricula and assessment are designed and delivered to engage students in learning that is meaningful, relevant and accessible to all. It embraces a view of the individual and individual difference as the source of diversity that can enrich the lives and learning of others. We have the ability to function with awareness, knowledge and interpersonal skills when engaging people of different backgrounds, assumptions, beliefs, values and behaviours. The students’ learning surpasses just the knowledge acquisition, which is invaluable, but also extends to the value we place on those who have contributed to that knowledge development. Ofsted 2020 verifies our success with learning this, with comments such as: “School leaders have put building students’ knowledge at the centre of their curriculum plans.” “Subject leaders organise lessons in sequences so that it is clear how students build their knowledge and skills across the year groups, including the sixth form. Leaders ensure that students revisit previous learning through quizzes and tests.” Proverbs 18:15 best sums up how we aspire for our students to approach their studies. An intelligent heart acquires knowledge, and the ear of the wise seeks knowledge.
