More and more businesses realise the importance of that sentence and encourage their employees to learn a foreign language. Lingua Diversa Group (LDG) was formed in 2002 by Esther Sahagun and Lucio Daniele, two language teachers who until then had enjoyed an extensive and fulfilling time in teaching Spanish and Italian to both adults and children. Lingua Diversa Group provide Language Training in Spanish, Italian, French, German, Portuguese, Russian, English, Polish, Chinese (Mandarin) and Japanese at all levels. Other languages available on request. Lessons can take place either at your offices or at our premises anytime Monday to Saturday. We have been running language courses in many companies in the London area (e.g. management consulting firms, financial companies, marketing agencies, sports companies, oil companies). We pride ourselves in providing our clients with not only a professional and friendly service but also with affordable language lessons. All our tutors are qualified native teachers with extensive experience. The method we use is known as “the communicative approach” where the emphasis is always on the speaking and understanding of the language. Our aim is to provide the students with the language tools needed for real life interaction. Our Spanish director Esther Sahagun and some of her students participated in the BBC online Spanish course for beginners, winner of the BAFTA AWARDS 2009 for the Interactive Innovation Category. To see Esther and her students in action and to start learning Spanish visit Mi Vida Loca For a full list of our Spanish, Italian, German, French, Brazilian Portuguese and Russian courses in Holborn please visit our Evening Courses page. Yoga, Meditation and Mindfulness to Balance your Mind and Body Kerrie is passionate about yoga and its effects on wellbeing. For years she has believed it makes you and those around you happier! Yoga is far more than a work-out, it is a way of life and a journey of self-discovery. Whether in a busy class or in a private lesson, Kerrie's aim is to enable everyone to feel the practice is just perfect for them in that moment.......leaving students feeling amazing! MEET KERRIE Hello! I believe in living a life full of joy, laughter, gratitude, and free of judgement. These feelings guide my teaching and practice, which is focused on nurturing students to help them better connect to themselves and to bring about a sense of balance and peace. I have been practicing meditation since a young girl taught by my mother and later as an adult practicing yoga asana too, with many brilliant teachers. My initial Hatha Yoga teacher training (200 hours) was with Daizan Roshi, a Zen Master and monk in the rigorous Rinzai tradition of Zen. He studied with the forefather of Ashtanga Yoga, Sri Pattabhi Jois in India. This Zen focus means mindfulness is at the heart of my practice, developing focus, awareness and suppleness on all levels. Training was immersive; away from modern life and the outside world. Starting each day at sunrise and finishing after dark, it was intense, inspirational and totally life changing. Training covered alignment, asana, meditation, breath-work, anatomy, philosophy and Zen. My passion for sharing yoga has led to further training in pregnancy and baby yoga (85 hours), restorative Yoga Nidra (40 hours) and Yin Yoga (130 hours; trained with the amazing Bernie Clark!). Most recently I have become certified to work in the areas of therapeutic yoga for cancer care, aligned to the British Society of Integrative Oncology and have also taken part in 'strong throughout menopause' education. Additionally, I have completed advanced training, over a number of years this included the art of sequencing, of adjustments and the subtle body including; Chakras, Bandhas and Prana (500 hours). I also have over 3000 hours teaching experience and am registered with the professional governing body, Yoga Alliance, as a senior designated experienced teacher. I have also had the privilege of staying at Plum Village in France to practice and study Zen and Mindfulness under the teachings of world renowned Zen Master and global peace activist Thich Nhat Hanh. An absolutely incredible experience and such beautiful teachings, that I continue to share with anyone that will listen! My other life passion is travel and I have been lucky enough to have spent time exploring India, Japan, Thailand, Borneo, Indonesia, Hawaii, Malaysia, Mexico, Canada, Sri Lanka, New Zealand, Europe and many other beautiful places. I bring together and share my experiences of yoga from those places too.

The Rose Arts London was always a childhood dream of mine and it was manifested through a pain in my life, with the loss of my Grandad; Charles Alexander Gardner. He, alongside my Mother and Nan, supported me with my dance and drama training, performance career and attended all classes, auditions and performances. When he passed away, it pushed me to embrace my artistry and passions. The Rose represents three things: A dedication to my Grandad; His favourite flower A name influence; My middle name Rosetta and my mother Rosemarie The flourish of each child who trains with us. As a seed they begin but as ‘The Rose’ they grow. Experience My training began at Italia Conti Academy of Theatre Arts and have been training in every discipline, since the age of 3 and teaching dance and drama since the age of 14. Ballet, Tap, Modern, Contemporary, Lyrical, Liturgical, Street Dance, Jazz, Commercial and Musical Theatre. Further to this, I attended college studied Performing Arts, obtaining distinctions in the art form, allowing me to receive an unconditional offer to University, where I obtained my degree in Dance Practice and Performance. I have had an extensive career in the arts, through stage, film and television and have received such amazing opportunities I am truly grateful for. About T.R.A.L. T.R.A.L. is a place for all Rose Students to discover, train, explore, create, challenge and motivate what they learn here and to ignite their passion, of why dance, drama, sport and song is such an amazing artistic outlet, which not only teaches creativity and utilises talent but also discipline. The role of the arts builds character and self-esteem and at The Rose Arts London, one of the assets that I hold as an important part, is the family friendly atmosphere. This delivers a guarantee from us, that our space is a positive and productive learning environment, where our students can grow, most importantly learn, and create in an energetic, confident building atmosphere. Students are able to discover more about themselves artistically, gain new friends and be proud to be a part of The Rose Arts. Myself and our teachers, who have work(ed) within the industry, aim to continually make The Rose Arts London a success, with the passion we hold and with which, our goal is to impart our experiences, knowledge and love of the arts to our students. I have been blessed to be able to open a school, attended by such passionate students, to be able to witness how they will develop in years to come. For whatever reason you decided to take a leap with us, whether it to be a creative outlet, confidence builder, opportunity to meet new people, train to become a professional or all the above – I expect all to work hard, train hard, practice, be respectful, be challenged, but most importantly enjoy every moment of the journey.
