Ibnu Abbas radiyallahu anhu narrates that one day someone asked the Prophet (SAW), “Rasulullah, what practice does Allah love the most?” And the Prophet (SAW) replied, “Al-hal wal murtahal.” And the person asked, “what is al-hal wal murtahal, Rasulullah?” The Prophet (SAW) replied, “it is reading Al Quran from the beginning to its end, after he finished, he starts over”. As parents, we have found that our children are finding it more and more difficult to complete this task in our fast paced lifestyles. Despite this, the dream of every parent is to help their child complete the recitation of the Quran. We at the Quran Hour will help you to fulfil this responsibility by allocating a programme dedicated to accomplish the goal of Khatam al-Quran. In our Complete the Quran package, we aim to focus on your child finishing the oral recitation of the Quran in Arabic. This course will be less focused on pronunciation and more on completing the Quran. However, a basic level of Tajweed will be necessary to enrol on this course, and your child will be assessed beforehand. To learn more about these packages please see 'Course Overview'.

We (Georgette & Sophinne) are sisters who both share an obsessive love for ethical home scents that are reminiscent of good times. We developed our scent range around childhood memories growing up in the UK and through family trips around Europe and Ghana. Aya is an Adinkra symbol in Ghana meaning resourcefulness and endurance represented as a fern and was used as a symbol of hope throughout the pandemic. The fern artwork in our packaging represents the Adinkra symbol and our commitment to being an eco-friendly brand. We are 100% environmentally friendly, vegan and sustainable and with our rebrand decided to plant a tree with every order as we believe climate action is everyone's responsibility. Each of our products have been designed to transform spaces and fill them with colour and character through the art of scent. We have been recommended by numerous major publications such as; Harper's Bazaar, The Times, Cosmopolitan, Stylist, House Beautiful and HSBC along with many others. We have held these across Sub-Saharan Africa as well as within the region of Southern Africa, Asia (drawing people from India, Bangladesh, Pakistan and Malaysia) and Latin America. WHO WE WORKED WITH: Leaders, influencers and manager from a diverse cross-section of sectors and occupations. WHAT WE DID: Offered established leaders from the public, private and voluntary sectors who are at or near the CEO level, an opportunity to transform what they and their organisations do. This was done using transformational leadership theory and experiential learning techniques to enable cross-cultural conversations and mutual learning. This enabled each individual to draw on new techniques and cross sector experiences to develop their thinking and practice. OUTCOMES: Leaders who lead with a greater sense of themselves, the systems they work in and the wider network of leaders that they can both influence and draw on as a resource.
