Beeches Training offers specialist dementia care courses and programmes that are
devised based on current best practice and underpinned by the national dementia

rights, choice and risk (also covering the Mental Capacity Act 2005)
safeguarding vulnerable adults supporting younger people with dementia and their
families (in partnership with Dementia Pathfinders) working effectively as part
of a team becoming assertive bee inspired leadership in dementia care (in
partnership with Jackie Pool) coaching and mentoring – practice and reflection
leadership and teambuilding meeting challenges for better caring (for senior
staff) supervision and reflective practice
