rope rage
London
In a time when the world is on lockdown, pushups on the living room floor have
become a nuisance, and everyone and their grandmother knows running outside is
the most boring exercise ever... Rope Rage presents a unique solution. The idea
starts by taking the general perception of skipping — y’know, throwbacks of
jolly schoolchildren as they “hippity-hoppity” (Wikipedia's words, not mine),
through the daisy fields at lunchtime — chewing up that perception, and spitting
out a remarkable form of high-intensity training. A method of training that is
ferocious, progressive, challenging, and … surprisingly energizing. Taking
inspiration from various sports, martial arts, and movement techniques, this
approach is dynamic and ever-evolving. Our workouts need not be restricted by
location or by a bunch of workout equipment — you do not necessarily need the
gym to have a satisfying workout. Discover this method of fierce fitness
training, and you might never have to depend on a gym again.
