ABOUT OUR TEACHINGS
There is one very powerful way to demystify any assumptions or preconcepts you
might have about Kundalini Yoga: come and try it!
Everybody is welcome to our classes whether you are intrigued by kundalini, just
started your journey or already familiar with it.
The practice is open to all levels and we aim to create the space for an
authentic body and mind experience.
We practice dynamic sequences of exercises called kriyas, which are not
complicated postures that take years to master, actually the opposite.
Most of the asanas are simple movements structured in sequences, with breathing
technique and mudras –hands gestures. A meditation and mantras or music, or both
are always part of the experience.
One single class might already leave you with a subtle sensation of wellbeing
beyond the physical usual relaxation of any workout, as if you are slightly
floaty and at peace in yourself.
