BalletDots is for pre-schoolers (3yrs+). The one day National Vocational Beach Lifeguard Proficiency Award will re-qualify the learner with the knowledge and skills required in order to provide professional patrolling and water services, in surf conditions, with rescue skills and advanced fitness requirements. Aspects of the course are physically demanding and will include running, swimming to set times and some lifting. The Award is comprised of a variety of units and all must be successfully passed to attain the qualification. There is a minimum of 20 hours learning required for this course is. As this is not achievable within the one day period it is prior learning and continual professional development will be assessed before being able to sign on to the course. As well as this CPD a certain amount of pre course learning will need to take place before the course commences.

(4-6yrs) Mini Movers is an introduction to more structured ballet dance and movement based class. The session includes Ballet and an introduction to JazzPops. The Breathing circle is a breathing group for those that have already experienced Transformational Breath®. This session is a great opportunity to keep you maintaining your Transformational Breath practise and reconnect to your natural way of breathing. In a very safe and nurturing environment, you will be guided and facilitated to strengthen your diaphragmatic breathing. This will help you integrate old and stuck emotions recorded in your body, allowing you to tap into a new wider space of inner freedom and joy.  Come and connect with your breathing friends for us to transform our life together! How should I plan for this event? You will be lying down in mats with pillows and blankets during this session. Wear loose comfortable clothing. (Nothing too tight or restrictive round the waist). Please avoid caffeine, alcohol or cigarettes before you arrive. Bring a refillable water bottle. Please arrive promptly. (5-7yrs) The syllabus is based on the ISTD grade however we do also incorporate an imaginative playful approach to the work to keep the Ballet fun. All technique can be boring and we don't want that! The CIEH Introductory Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety provides an awareness of key health and safety issues, and the part that staff should play in keeping themselves and others free from harm at work. This course will give you a basic background in, and understanding of, general health and safety practices and the control measures required to reduce risks in the workplace.
