0 Comments I founded The Local Teachers Ltd in 2015, with the vision to make education more accessible and convenient locally. At the Local Teachers, we helped over 25,000 students in the last 8 years to boost their grades and help them go to their desired universities, we have fostered partnerships with 13 schools in London and 3 councils to help them support pupils with our intervention tuition programs in sciences, Mathematics and English. With that same vision and passion, I have founded Ezy Edtech Ltd to purchase assets as part of the liquidation of EzyEducation Ltd via a CVL to make quality education more accessible in different ways. That purchase transfers the rights of the EzyEducation website, courses, and high-quality book stocks of 10,000 with a commercial value of £5-10 per book to Ezy Edtech Ltd. The goodwill and support of ex EzyEducation employees has also been secured. Moreover, we have renewed all suppliers’ contracts such as the Zapper app, which makes more accessible our revision pocket booklets by pulling the interactive videos lessons, and quizzes from our platform to iOS and Android devices which increasingly more and more students are relying on for their revision routines. The EzyEducation platform and customer relationships benefited from £2.5m of investment and reinvested earnings. This means that Ezy Edtech bypasses the development costs usually associated with start-ups. The platform is currently used by over 150 school users (subscriptions of £200,000 in 2019 and £130,000 during 2021 (revenue decreased due to COVID19 exam cancellations). Although EzyEducation Ltd ceased trading on 14/12/2021 the platform has remained in use through this period with zero disruption for customers. Over this period, we had 188,543 sessions, 90,103 users, and 3.25 million hits. This continuation of user engagement is a clear indication of the success we can build on moving forward. With that strong foundation for success, here are our short-term objectives. At the present our most important objective is to secure renewals for the schools Minimise the service disruptions - renew contracts for all our suppliers and staff where possible. Improve our resources wherever necessary - such as creating more resources to make teachers’ life easier - in doing so, we will be complementing with PowerPoints lectures with the video lessons on the platform – so that teachers do not spend so much time and resources in creating lesson plans but rather focus on delivering and

In 1515 the Lord Mayor established the order of precedence for the existing 48 companies. After then new companies took the next available number. Companies formed after 1925 are known as ‘Modern’ Livery companies with those established before then being known as ‘Ancient’ companies. Concerned with a particular industry, the companies provided a means of guaranteeing the workmanship and trustworthiness of both members and the quality of goods produced. In fact, in order to trade within the City of London, it was necessary to be a Freeman. There are now 110 Livery companies of whom about 70% are still directly connected to their trade through accreditation schemes, apprenticeship programmes and wider support for their trade. Livery companies continue to provide sponsorships, awards, trade support and also have associated charitable operations even if their trade is no longer current. Some companies have modernised with their trade, others have diversified into associated areas. The Worshipful Company of Information Technologists (WCIT) is 100 in the order of precedence. The Company combines centuries-old tradition with a modern focus, energy, and innovation. Like all Livery companies, we look to give something back to the industry and community, and focus on four areas of activity that we call pillars: Industry – we help to promote and shape the IT industry through our neutral forums and links with industry bodies, such as the BCS, the Chartered Institute for IT and techUK Education – WCIT supports several schools, most notably Lilian Bayliss Technology School and the Hammersmith Academy which WCIT helped to build and endow in a joint venture with the Mercers’ Company Fellowship – there is a full programme of social activity, both formal and informal. Begin2Sports was founded by sports coaching scientist and Commonwealth athlete Addy Mumunie. Born in Nigeria, sports came into her life through the necessity of running to school and back every day. However, it grew into her first love, achieving a regional level by the age of 12-13 and going on to represent Nigeria at Commonwealth/National level. Raising her family in Southwest London, sport and particularly athletics, were the bedrock of her life, raising her three daughters to also include sports into their life. One enjoys recreational sports, and the other two daughters compete as professional athletes at National and International level for England and GB. Coach Addy trained in Sport Coaching Science at St Mary’s University Twickenham. She went on to set up this community interest group (Begin2Sports) in 2017, with the goal to support people from disadvantaged backgrounds through sport and the 7 fundamental key principles of athletics. Coach Addy’s motivation for this project, came from her own humble beginnings. Challenged by Dyslexia, a misunderstood condition in the 1970’s, studying was very difficult. It was an unsupported experience and consequently personal progress was severely inhibited. It was then that she realised that taking part in sports, offered her the freedom, confidence, self-esteem, and self-expression that she needed to help overcome these challenges. Inspiring others to discover the benefits of sport in their lives was the spark that inspired Begin2Sports. At the heart of the group’s purpose is increasing sports participation in the community. We aim to provide individuals at a higher risk of sports deprivation in the London borough of Wandsworth, access to low-cost physical activity & fitness services. Uniquely, we also offer a blended physical and cognitive programme, known as Dysletics and GymLetics, designed specifically for those living with Dyslexia and Dyspraxia. My name is Sinem Er. I am practicing yoga since 2005 and sharing my passion since 2010. I teach Asana, Pranayama, Meditation, with a focus on Vinyasa Flow, Hatha and Restorative yoga. I am the founder of Now Yoga Limited UK and I was featured in Linda Sparrowe’s book ‘Yoga At Home – Inspiration for creating your own home practice’ published by Universe Press and Yoga Journal among many other world-renowned yoga teachers. I received my first teacher training certificate from beloved Zeynep Aksoy in 2009, and then in 2010 I met my root teacher Cyndi Lee, the first western female yoga teacher to integrate yoga and Buddhism, the founder of the legendary OM Yoga School and I am her student ever since. In 2018, I had the honor of translating her book ‘Yoga Body, Buddha Mind’into Turkish. What I learned from her radically changed my perspective and my relationship with myself, the world, and the teachings of yoga. As I began to observe myself in the light of Buddhist teachings, my practice has actually become a reminder that everything is interconnected, that everything that happens, everything we do, every word we say is planting a seed and vinyasa is a physical expression of the fact that nothing and no one can exist separately, but that everything is interconnected and interdependent. As an experienced and committed yoga teacher, I am able to assist and inspire others on their yoga journey. My style emphasizes alignment, flow, movement/breath integration and Buddhist meditation principles. My classes are dynamic and contemplative. I believe in the importance of safe and logical sequencing. I have the ability to distill complex postures and teach them as accessible building blocks for yogis of all backgrounds. In 2014, I started to lead Yoga Alliance USA Approved 200-hour Teacher Training Programs and Continuing Education Programs on yoga and meditation. Since 2014, I am teaching Yoga Alliance approved 200-hour Foundational Teacher Trainings, as well as taking part in the teaching faculty of 300-hour programs of Nefess Yoga, İzmir Yoga and Githa Satya Yoga. I am recording online classes and training programs for YogaUni since 2018. I organize yoga retreats at magical locations in Turkey. With the pandemic, I also started to offer my trainings and classes ONLINE. Sharing the teachings of yoga with you is a continuous learning and discovery process for me. I am looking forward to practice together.

Syeda Zainab Trust ,a registered charity company (Charity no.1185836) in the United Kingdom,provides education and training to children and adults , Our projects presently help and support in India to Zainab Educational and Welfare Society (ZEWS) in Kurnool district,Andhra ,India providing free education to poor children. We are now aiming to expand our support to most deserving people around the world. Doubtless, education is the most powerful catalyst for social transformation. But child education cannot be done in isolation. A child will go to school only if the family, particularly the mother, is assured of healthcare and empowered. Moreover, when an elder sibling is relevantly skilled to be employable and begins earning, the journey of empowerment continues beyond the present generation. Realizing this, Syeda Zainab Trust, beginning in the corridors of education, adopted a lifecycle approach of development, focusing its interventions on children, their families and the larger community. Syeda Zainab Trust believes that unless members of the civil society are involved proactively in the process of development, sustainable change will not happen. Following this model of Civic Driven Change, Syeda Zainab Trust sensitizes and engages the civil society, making it an active partner in all its welfare initiatives.

Wise Studies was founded in 2014 by Ryan Spielman and Spencer Barron. Our mission is to make available in-depth audio learning courses focusing on the texts and teachings of the world’s great contemplative traditions. We work with leading scholars, practitioners and experts in their field to produce quality education for serious students of contemplative study. We aim to produce courses that are engaging and informative with authentic, well-researched scholarship supporting the topics we present. We are not only the founders of Wise Studies we are consumers, as well! One of the reasons we are producing these courses is for our own study. We are passionate about deepening our knowledge of the traditions that have brought so much wisdom and joy into our lives. We consider it an ongoing lifelong process. It is our hope to disseminate these courses to a broad audience and bridge the gap between the academic world and general public. It is important for us to maintain the rigorous standards that scholars have for their research, yet, we also want to make this research available and digestible for non-academics. From a young age the spiritual journey has been the driving force of my life. Wise Studies is the natural progression of my passionate interest, deepening my understanding of the traditions that have brought so much happiness and peace into my life. In addition to my offerings as a Yoga teacher I also lead groups and facilitate workshops dedicated to personal growth and awakening in London and around the world. I host the Lonely Guru podcast dialoging with prominent figures in the world of yoga. I also write and perform spiritual comedy songs that I’m sure Wise Studies customers will enjoy. www.ryantrue.com. Spencer Barron I loved Religious Education, History and English at school. I began an intensive search for personal liberation quickly discovering a spiritual teaching that had its roots in Hindu mysticism. I met Ryan while participating in a practice with truth & authenticity at its core underpinned by the wisdom traditions we were both passionate about. Establishing and facilitating this relational practice in London and throughout the world I have expanded my interests and understanding. The creation and development of Wise Studies is a natural continuation along this path.
