Bromley Rugby Football Club was founded in 1886 as Catford Bridge Football Club. At the present time, there are around 600 members, 400 of whom are minis and juniors, with the remaining members helping 3/4 senior teams play on a regular basis. The First XV play in the London South East 3 league, with the other sides playing in merit tables. The youth section has become one of the club’s most successful innovations over the years and is seen to be of special importance to the future of the club. A high proportion of our current First XV squad have graduated from the youth sides and this is a trend that is set to continue. The club insists upon quality RFU Certificated coaching at all levels and currently, sides are run at all mini and junior age groups. The Club is also a Community Amateur Sports Club.
