About Me – CranioSacral Therapy, Energy Healing, Cacao Ceremonies & Vagus Nerve Regulation in London, UK I’m Steph Edwards — a holistic healer, bodyworker, and trauma-informed space holder based in the UK, devoted to guiding you into deeper healing, emotional balance, and spiritual connection. My journey began in 2012 in Singapore, Asia, where I trained in 2013 as a Reiki healer and became a Western Usui Reiki Master Teacher and Jikiden Reiki Practitioner. Reiki became the foundation that awakened my path — restoring joy, deepening my spiritual connection, and sparking a lifelong calling to help others heal. Over the years, my work has expanded to embrace a multipule of modailities, the main being CranioSacral Therapy, trauma-informed soft bodywork, and vagus nerve regulation techniques to help ease anxiety, release stress, and restore nervous system balance. I work intimately with Mother Nature’s heart-opening plant medicine — Ceremonial Cacao — facilitating powerful cacao ceremonies in London that blend meditation, breathwork, Sound and self-enquiry. This work has led me to remember the body’s deep connection to Mother Earth’s energy, and how we are sustained through the five elements — air, water, fire, wood, and etheric energy. These elements not only nourish our physical body but also weave us back into our natural state of wholeness and unity with all life. My calling is also to work closely with the vagus nerve, guiding others in gentle yet powerful techniques to regulate the nervous system, release trauma, and awaken the truth of who they really are. Whether you join me for CranioSacral Therapy sessions, energy healing, cacao ceremonies, or my Vagus Nerve Healing & Nervous System Regulation programs, each offering is a safe, nurturing space for you to release what no longer serves you and reconnect with your inner calm, vitality, and joy. I am The London Sound Healer, and I am a Sound Healer and Reiki Master. I have been following a shamanic path since my teens, and I have studied with the Power Path School and Sandra Ingerman, and I am currently deepening my studies with The Sacred Trust in the UK. I have been very lucky to spend time in the Amazon rainforest with the indigenous locals learning about their relationship and medicinal uses with the plants and trees. I am deeply passionate about the healing and transformational power of sound, which is particularly needed at this transitional time on our planet. I trained at The College of Sound Healing, where I am an accredited member, and I work with 432hz crystal bowls and Tibetan singing bowls, along with the gong. I have also trained with sound pioneers Jill Purce and Jonathan Goldman. I heal through sound on a one-to-one basis, and also in groups for sound baths and events for adults and children alike. I am a third generation Healer, following in the footsteps of my mother and grandmother.

Rebecca Dennis, international breath and body coach and workshop leader is the founder of www.breathingtree.co.uk. Based out of London and also travelling and teaching internationally, Rebecca is an expert in breathwork and body-based therapies. She facilitates workshops, events and retreats alongside her public speaking and in-person work A gifted speaker and coach, her expertise and passion centres around breathwork, trauma release, somatic modalities, polyvagal theory and nervous system regulation. Rebecca fervently believes that embodied breathwork is the ultimate key to our well-being, health and inner peace. Rebecca has been practicing holistic and alternative therapies for over 20 years and holds a Diploma in Anatomy, Physiology and Pathology and an ITEC Diploma in Swedish and Sports Massage. She has trained to co-trainer level with Founder of Transformational Breath, Judith Kravitz as well as Donna Fahri, Max Strom and other masters and influential teachers of breathwork, bodywork, and other healing modalities. On her journey with holistic practices, she also has qualified in coaching, deep tissue massage, trauma therapy, acupressure, somatic bodywork, mindfulness, reiki, shiatsu and shamanic healing traditions from indigenous tribes and elders. She is continually learning and inspired by the simple power of our breath and how it can change lives including her own. Rebecca is on a mission to teach as many people as possible how to empower their lives and improve their physical and mental wellbeing with conscious breathing techniques and somatic bodywork.
