Aspire 2 Tri - direct one's hopes or ambitions towards achieving something. Based in Swansea, South Wales, we offer individual tailored training plans and 1-2-1 coached sessions for any ability. I work with a small number of athletes over the year, from novices wanting to take part in their first triathlon to endurance athletes involved with multi day races in running and cycling.
