NWCS Training is a long established high-quality apprenticeship provider specialising in three key areas; Healthcare, Business skills, and Teaching and Learning. We offer apprenticeships across the North West region from our training centre in Liverpool. 8 out of 10 learners studying at NWCS Training complete and achieve their chosen programme of study. In July 2016 Ofsted found NWCS Training had remained a good training provider following the inspection performed in June 2013.

Tweenie Tots 2 was established in 2002, initially based at the Sally Eccleston Memorial Hall, and now at English Martyrs Parish Hall. We have a good relationship with local schools, in particular with English Martyrs (School Lane) and St. Philips (Church Road), and provide wraparound services for children attending. Our services and sessions are varied and flexible, which allows us to meet the needs of as many parents and families as possible. While we have tried to provide as much information on our website as possible, nothing compares to seeing the Tweenies way in action – we’d love to welcome you for a visit.

Opening Up Cricket was formed in 2014 in response to the death of Sefton Park CC wicket keeper Alex Miller and a will to promote positive mental health in our sport. Alex took his own life in December 2012 and in the year that followed team mates supported the work of C.A.L.M to pay tribute. This has continued but as the season following his passing came to a close there was a thought to do something lasting and further reaching. As a result, the organisation was created with the aim of speaking to local cricketers about the experience of losing Alex in the hope that more conversations about this topic could prevent further tragedies. Now, in 2022, we have delivered over 400 sessions across the United Kingdom and Australia. The desire to get our message to the cricketing community remains as strong as ever. We are run by unpaid volunteers with help from the National Lottery Community Fund who have provided a grant for sessions costs so that groups can receive them without charge. We also owe a lot of thanks to the support provided by clubs, leagues and partners who have supported in many ways more to allow us to go further than the grant. Currently we are registered as a Community Interest Company but have now applied for registered charity status.

Our opportunities enable them to have fun whilst exploring and learning about their local natural environment, providing a release from typically chaotic family lives. We provide programmes, training and support for: Alternative Education Settings Early Years Settings Play and Youth Projects Communities and Community Groups Schools and Pupil Referral Units
