CWC was founded from a belief that the education system in the UK has lost its
way and is demanding change. Education reforms have changed exams, frameworks
and measures yet we still see an increase in teachers leaving a profession they
once loved and a rise in mental health conditions for the students that we want
to engage and inspire.
