Helen has held trustee positions at a variety of charitable organisations, including the Federation of Holistic Therapists, Citizens Advice Bureau and the Psychosynthesis Trust, in addition to work on various governing bodies.  David Ockleton, our Business Development Director,  has had successful careers both in the Armed Forces and Industry, working in most parts of the World. He has extensive experience of Supply Chain and Logistics in general, Business Change, Leadership and Management, Security and Counter Terrorism. David is a Chartered Fellow of CILT (UK) and a former CILT (UK) External Verifier. He is also a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute, a Member of the City and Guilds Institute and a Member of the Institute of Explosive Engineers.  He was previously the Chairman of the Qualifications Development Assessment Committee for CILT(UK).

The Cyber Technology Institute (CTI), recognised as an NCSC Academic Centre of Excellence in Cyber Security Research (ACE-CSR), provides high quality research and outstanding training and consultancy services in the fields of cyber security, software engineering and smart systems. The CTI brings together the expertise of three specialist research centres: The Cyber Security Centre, The Software Technology Research Laboratory and The Context Intelligence and Interaction Research Group. We offer flexible training, including CPD courses, Apprenticeships, and tailored Masters and Doctoral Training Programmes. Our work is supported by an Industrial Advisory Group comprising Airbus, BT, Deloitte UK and Rolls-Royce. Their feedback on research and teaching ensures that the CTI remains focussed on providing relevant solutions that meet industry’s needs.
