Goscote Dance was established in 1985 in Leicester and offers a wide variety of dance classes including tap, ballet and modern. Based in Syston, we offer dance classes for children from ages 2.5 (30 months) years to adults. The dance teachers are all fully CRB checked and BTDA accreditied. Goscote Dance offers a complete curriculum of dance lessons from the beginning student through to those of a professional calibre. The aim of the dance school is to create a positive and stimulating environment in which everyone can learn to love and appreciate the art of dance and are inspired to thrive, excel and develop to achieve their personal best, whilst having fun in a friendly and safe atmosphere. All students of Goscote Dance have the opportunity to participate in examinations, dance festivals, dance scholarships, charity events and our annual show. Students who have trained with Goscote Dance have gone on to perform at Disneyland, on cruise ships, take lead roles in pantomimes and teach within the field of dance.

In 2022 we outgrew our Scraptoft venue, and we now proudly have our own studio in Barkby, as well as offering classes in Scraptoft. We offer classes for children aged 2-16, as well as a range of Adult’s classes. LDG Dance Academy is committed to making classes modern, exciting and beneficial for all the students. Since opening the school we have over 100 students, of all ages, through our doors every week. We are very pleased to offer classes in Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Street, Musical Theatre and Acrobatics.
