Training Wave was formed in the summer of 2011 as a spin off brand to its sister
company ‘in at the deep end’ to deal with the rising number of employers and
educational establishments who wished to greater access to cost effective first
aid training and consultancy services. This was to allow in at the deep end to
go back to its roots as a swim school provider and to allow Training Wave to not
be held back by label of being ‘just a swimming company’. Training Wave is led
by two experienced leaders, Mark McNichol and Pauline Wright, both of whom have
considerable experience within the leisure and education sector. This has
allowed it to hold numerous accreditations with companies to enable it to
develop and run its courses.
