Founded in 1928 Gala YM Rugby Football Club is one of the oldest sporting clubs in Galashiels. The YM are currently playing in East Regional League Division 3. New social members and players of all abilities are always very welcome. Training is every Tuesday and Thursday night at 7pm on the back pitches at Netherdale.
