Andy Smith is an Appreciative Inquiry facilitator and Emotional Intelligence coach based in Europe. He specialises in the practical application of Appreciative Inquiry and other positive change methods to improve team working and leadership. His previous experience includes IT consultancy, stress management and corporate branding. He is the author of Leadership EQ: How To Lead With Emotional Intelligence (Coaching Leaders 2014), Achieve Your Goals: Strategies To Transform Your Life (Dorling Kindersley 2006), and The Trainer’s Pack of NLP Exercises (Coaching Leaders 2010). Andy’s work ranges from Appreciative Inquiry facilitation and training, through executive coaching to the design and delivery of coaching skills training for managers and coaches. He has developed a number of coaching models that incorporate appreciative and solution-focused tools in practical and jargon-free formats.
In addition to running Swinton Dog Training Ltd and the Day Care Centre, Karen has previously worked for the local council from 1979 to 1987 as a dog warden. She also spent three years instructing at a pet dog training club that was run by police dog handlers. With over 30 years experience working with dogs, yours could not be in better hands.
