skills, Lightbulb Moment Limited was founded by our Director, Jo Cook. Jo has
over 20 years experience in L&D roles in a variety of sectors and organisations.
The journey of helping people to improve their training led her to live online
learning in 2013. Jo was immediately excited at the potential she saw in live
online learning. With a strong background in IT she knew it would help shape the
future of the learning industry and business' approach to staff development. In
2017 Jo brought Mike into the company as Business Operations Manager to help
expand our training solutions.
