Our new small group personal training gym is in the heart of Glasgow City Centre and includes a unique pod system that provides members with 150 sq ft of their own gym space, inclusive of equipment allowing you to train safely and with the support of your coach. We understand that one size doesn't fit all, hence why each element has been based around a form of personal training. Our personal training gym in Glasgow is a product of over 10 years of research into training spaces and methods. It is very much a labour of love, we have put all our learnings into creating a space that works. Scotland Study Centre (SSC) is an Online Language school with a REAL difference. at SSC, you don't learn "textbook English." and you don't learn the traditional grammar that you can't use in real communication. You learn the REAL grammar you need to communicate in REAL English. Your teacher is a very highly qualified and experienced teacher, and the SSC courses can take you from Beginner level all the way up to REAL Proficiency in English. At the higher levels, SSC specialises in English for Specific Purposes, and you can choose to study English for Academic Purposes, Business Purposes, Employability, or for your own Academic of Business/Work specialisation, including for the Teaching of English as a Foreign Language. The more Advanced Level courses take you beyond the "Intermediate Plateau" and train you in the Language Techniques and Skills you need to reach the highest levels of Proficiency in English. The 'Teacher Training for English Teachers' course trains both experienced and novice teachers in the non-traditional approach to English teaching developed and used at SSC. This approach is based in Systemic -Functional Linguistics and teaches you how to teach REAL English as it used in Real-Life contexts. With SSC's non-traditional approach, you learn by INTERACTING with your teacher throughout the lesson, and there is an INTEGRATED SELF-STUDY program that allows you to continue learning between class sessions. SSC does not just teach the language; it teaches YOU and the specific English YOU need to succeed in your everyday lives and in your Academic and Business careers.

Wado Kai Central Karate teaches the style of karate known as Wado-Kai which is a blend of traditional Japanese Karate and Jujitsu. Wado Kai Central Karate are members of the Scottish Karate Federation which is affiliated to the Scottish Karate Governing Body (SKGB). The SKGB is the only recognized Governing Body for Karate in Scotland. Wado Kai Central Karate is made up of 2 clubs- Holytown Karate club and Shotts Karate club. At Wado Kai Central Karate we teach Karate in a fun and exciting environment. The class consists of basic techniques, combination techniques, bag work, kata and free sparring. All the games and skills we do teach self discipline as well as develop co-ordination and increase confidence. Wado Kai Central Karate is all about team work and helping each other, we encourage the children to work together and learn about sportsmanship.

As a creative charity we want to see people across Scotland engaging in dance as an art form, a way to exercise and a way of life. We support Scottish dance artists to develop successful careers and we develop opportunities for dance to be used to support people’s health and wellbeing. We are international in outlook, ensuring that dance in Scotland is globally connected. We’re proud to support work across Scotland from our purpose-built studios in the heart of Edinburgh’s Old Town. Our centre caters for dancers of all ages and abilities, providing an accessible programme of activities that offers a diverse public a sociable and enjoyable way to keep physically fit and develop new creative skills. Our four world-class studios provide dancers with excellent facilities and an inspiring environment in which to dance.

Coltness High School is a non-denominational, co-educational, comprehensive school serving the north side of Wishaw. It takes pupils from S1 through to S6. Our pupils are drawn from our associated Primary Schools Cambusnethan Primary, Kirk Road, Wishaw Cleland Primary, Main Street, Cleland Calderbridge Primary, Coltness Road, Wishaw Under the Education Act, parents may choose to request that their children attend a school outwith their zoned area. In our current S1, we have pupils from 12 Primaries over and above the associated Primary Schools. Having opened in 1966 the school was fortunate enough to be included in the Schools and Centres 21 programme involving a complete re-modelling over 3 phases. The school now offers fantastic facilities in all curricular areas. The main teaching block also accommodates offices for Community Learning and Development. Facilities now include first class laboratories, classrooms and other teaching areas including vocational spaces. ICT provision is extensive and very up-to-date and there are welcoming social areas and a refurbished theatre. The Sports Barn is a popular community resource (opened in 1998) which, along with other brand new PE facilities, including a 3G floodlit football pitch, offer excellent resources for the Coltness Community Sports Hub based in the school.
