Hi, I'm Sarah, a 200hr registered yoga teacher. I completed my yoga teacher
training with Zenways in 2017 and have undergone additional training, including
a 50hr yin yoga CPD course.
I believe yoga is for everyone and therefore my classes are suitable for all
levels. I primarily teach slow flow/hatha/yin yoga (sometimes a combination!)
and change the theme of each class to suit the time of year etc.
Mindfullness and meditation are incorporated into each class alongside
breathwork to help bring about a sense of balance, peace and overall wellbeing
in both body and mind.
