I hold sound journey & gong bath sessions every week in both Bournemouth and Southbourne (on the South coast, Dorset, uk).   Everyone is welcome at these events which take place on Friday evenings and Sunday evenings from 7.30 pm – 9 pm. I offer private immersive sound journey & gong bath sessions for groups of up to 19 people. These can be completely tailored to your specific requirements.   We can work with a theme of your choice, or I am happy to make helpful suggestions. Popular themes tend to be complete relaxation sessions, stress relief, recharge & re-energizing, and events around the time of a new moon (perfect for setting new intentions) or a full moon (a great opportunity to let go of things that no longer serve us). I have two beautiful venues that I regularly use in Bournemouth and in Southbourne. I often use these for private group sessions and provide everything that is needed for you and your friends to enjoy a magical sound and vibration journey like no other. I occasionally organise one-off events such as outdoor sound journeys & gong baths in magical woodland locations, peaceful parks or on beautiful beaches. Sometimes under the stars with a fire. Any upcoming events like this will be listed HERE (Eventbrite). So be sure to check regularly.   I also occasionally organise all-night puja events. Guests are invited to bring comfy bedding and everything they need to spend a whole night sleeping to the subtle healing frequencies of gongs and other powerful healing instruments that continue throughout the whole night. These events will begin with a welcome ceremony, followed by a beautiful meditation session. After this, we all lay down, get comfortable, relax and slowly fall into a beautiful deep sleep. In the morning we gently awaken feeling refreshed, revitalised and re-energised. Any upcoming events like this will be listed here. So be sure to check regularly.

I offer private sound healing and sound therapy sessions on either a 1:1 or 2:1 (couples/friends) basis. I come to you and provide this service within the comfort of your own home. These sessions can be completely tailored toward your individual needs. Popular subjects I am often asked to concentrate on are stress relief, anxiety, grief, sleep issues, physical or emotional pain and/or discomfort, letting go of burdens that you no longer wish to carry, setting new intentions, re-energizing and recharging or just an ultimate relaxation sound journey session that will leave you feeling beautifully peaceful, calm and relaxed. My sessions include the use of sound and vibration, guided meditation, and aromatherapy.   I also offer chakra rebalancing sessions to restore the natural flow of energy within us using Tibetan body work bowls, gong, powerful crystals, and guided meditation.   For more information on these popular 1:1 or 2:1 sessions please get in touch.

Reiki II welcomes us to a whole new depth and dimension to our practice, elevating the light within. This course is a comprehensive journey designed to deepen your connection to Reiki and provide you with an array of creative tools that will expand your energy channels and empower you to harness the profound healing energy of Reiki, whilst paving the way to practice professionally. Come prepared to spend two days with like-minded people, deepening our experience of Reiki together. Give each other a Reiki Treatment using the symbols Reiki Ethics and Values Developing a foundation for building a professional Reiki practice About your Teacher Reiki courses are taught by Reiki Master Teacher: Fionn Leitch, who will guide you through everything you need to know to be able to use Reiki confidently and begin applying it effectively in your life and relationships.  This course is designed to combine the spiritual and the practical. My style of teaching is personal and relaxed, with plenty of lightness and laugher. There will be plenty of time for questions, and time to get to know the other students. Why I teach a 2-day Course:  My original training in South Africa was over 12 weeks which covered Reiki 1 and 2 as well as acupressure and Qui Gong. It was through in-depth training, that I formed a richer understanding of energy and how it works. It gave me a deeper knowledge on the mind body connection as well as insight into myself and other people and situations in my life. I also believe the more practical experience you gain with like-minded people, set you up to be more confident as you begin your professional practice. Reiki can be life-transforming if you commit seriously to using what you learn. The more you connect with Reiki and the more skilled you become, the more amazed you will be at its powerful effects. Entry Requirements: Reiki Level 1. If you studied your Reiki Level 1 under a different Reiki Master, please send us a copy of your qualification once enrolled. It is advised that there is a gap of at least 2-3 months between Reiki i and Reiki II. Preparation will be the same for the level one in that alcohol should be avoided up to a week before and caffeine and nicotine at least a day before. Assessment Criteria As part of the Reiki Level II course, you will be required to submit case studies after the 2-day course. The details of how to complete your case studies be given during the course. Once these have been submitted, you will be qualified to Level II and receive your certificate.
