The cookery demonstrations will support and engage all participants in a social and learning activity along-with helping them to learn basic techniques and skills in cookery. Participants will also have the opportunity to meet and socialise at the same time. Tasters and recipes provided along with a wealth of information that is specific to you.  Come to enjoy, eat and learn.
