I founded The City Workshop Edinburgh as I want to bring the joy of art and craft making to as many people as I can. I never tire of seeing the happiness that creating art brings and I believe that art is for everyone. So whether you think you're 'not any good at art' or you have always loved making, I hope you'll come and enjoy creating in my little workshop in Edinburgh. My Mission I believe that everyone can create art and my classes give you the confidence to make your own individual art and craft pieces. The Arienas Collective is a creative workshop hub based in a beautiful, Georgian mews home in Edinburgh's historic New Town. The Collective was set up to help local artists and makers earn a living through sharing their creative skills and passions with others. Its name comes from Loch Arienas, a beautiful and remote spot in the Morvern area of the Scottish Highlands. We believe that engaging in creative activity is good for our health and wellbeing. Our workshops suit beginners, returners and those who want to challenge their own creative practice. Group sizes are kept small, so that our artists and makers can give you the help and support you need to get the most from your experience. Join us to release your inner creative and you will leave having learned new skills, made new friends, and with a finished piece we hope you will feel proud of. ABOUT US Hi I’m Amy and I set up The Edinburgh Craft Club in 2018 to feed my love of everything craft. I am an Art graduate, professional designer and love exploring and teaching new creative techniques. At The Edinburgh Craft Club we specialise in running independent craft workshops, live online and in venues across Scotland. We also design and create a range of craft kits for you to enjoy at home. Whether you want a new skill under your belt or simply to have a creative evening in or out with a few friends, we have a range of fun classes and DIY kits to suit all abilities. We are now based at We Make Edinburgh, a workshop and studio space in the heart of the city.

Bryony designs sculptures and silverware with a twist, creating pieces which, on closer inspection or handling reveal an additional function. Interaction and discovery of unexpected movement, or flashes of colour and texture, inspire Bryony, bringing to life the wonderful characters and creatures of myth and fable. From elegant decanters to boxes with secrets, each individual piece of Bryony's work is fashioned and embellished using the techniques of repousse and chasing, often with enamel or gilded details. Bryony has a workshop in central Edinburgh and is happy to undertake commissions. For the past twenty years she has been selling and exhibiting in galleries throughout the UK and abroad, whilst also undertaking larger and more intricate private and public commissions, including objects for J K Rowling, Winchester Cathedral, the Museum of Edinburgh & HRH Princess Anne.

Welcome Dear One,   I am Namura, a spiritual teacher, advisor and healer in service of the Light.  From an early age, my connection to the spiritual world led me to explore various meditation, healing and psychic development techniques, both on my own and by attending spiritual development workshops and classes. Being driven to further help others, I therefore got trained as an Archangel Life Coach, Angelic Medium  and as an energy healer practitioner through the Angelic Reiki Association. Always guided by Spirit in my personal practice as well as when working with clients I have become comfortable to mix and match a plethora of tools and methods, such as Energy Healing, Channeling, Psychic Guidance, Light Language, Sacred Geometry, Past Life Regressions, Crystal Healing and more. I also enjoy creating channelled art, which people found to be very healing and powerful. Most of the techniques and meditations presented in Namura's World workshops and classes are a result of my personal experience and my channelling of various Light Beings, such as Angels, Ascended Masters, Spirit Guides, Galactic Light Beings and more. The Edinburgh Design School is an independent design school based in Edinburgh, Scotland. Founded in 2012, we aim to re establish and promote ceramics teaching and practice which has been disappearing from mainstream publicly funded university and college education. We are a Scottish Qualifications Authority Approved Teaching centre dedicated to delivering a high quality learning experience across a range of learning pathways from beginners to intermediate and advanced classes. Bychoosing to study with us you are make a real difference. We an ethical employer, employing expert teacher practioners and suppliers and we pay ethical rates. When you join us you are not only supporting our classes, you are also joining and supporting a vibrant ceramics teaching and practice community. We work with Craft Scotland to facilitate Continued Professional Development (CPD) for school teachers in Scotland in the fields of Ceramics and we work in partnership with the Edinburgh Ceramics Workshop to provide affordable making space for serious hobbyists and emerging ceramicists. To achieve performance optimisation in students, Lainey Vox uses tried and tested singing techniques, a variety of fun anecdotal examples to help you visualise goals, demonstration and praise to guide students. Lainey helps build confidence in performers enabling them to overcome stage fright, create a stage persona, have free performance movement, be more equipped for life in the music industry and build a social media presence. Vox Stars is an inclusive learning environment. Therefore, Lainey aims to help  students of various learner styles and abilities. She also strives to build learner strategies for those with special educational needs such as dyslexia. Lessons will enable you to have fun, fall in love with the vocal instrument and help you reach for the stars!    Vox Stars also offer 5 star rated workshops , they focus on a variety of exhilarating themes from Disney to Pop stars. Event days include a room draped in themed decor, action packed singing and dancing activities to brilliant music, fun drama and performance explorations, exciting games and themed crafts. To make the day extra awesome we provide prizes and party bags, refreshments and snacks, and area for parents to relax with hot drinks and nibbles.
