As a former professional boxer, Sam trained with some of the best boxers in the
game and became well-known and respected throughout the East Midlands area.
Following the birth of his first daughter, Sam retired from professional
competition but used the techniques he learned to develop his own fitness and
teaching methods. Sam completed his personal training and boxing instructor
qualifications to share his skills effectively with others.
