We are working towards a UK society where people have the confidence and ability
to adapt, engage and thrive in a changing digital world. We conduct research to
find solutions to issues surrounding the digital economy and to understand where
the adoption of digital technologies can provide public benefit. Our research
uncovers new insights through identifying gaps in knowledge to inform the
development of digital and skills provision. Putting users at the heart of our
research enables us to identify the main challenges they face, to understand
their needs, as well as any gaps in current provision. We work to inspire and
engage people from all ages and backgrounds to ensure that nobody is left behind
in our rapidly developing digital world.
