London Represents is an exciting all-day showcase of ethical fashion from emerging London designers. Since 2011, our mission has been to diversify the face of fashion – our shows use models that are often underrepresented with the aim to create an inclusive fashion environment. Ethics are at our core and can be shown in our materials, production, and the catwalk. Our shows feature models that accurately reflect the glorious diversity in London: we’re immensely proud to feature models with a disability, and models of every; size, shape, and gender identity. YAGYU RYU JUJUTSU TANTO JUTSU SEMINAR Seishinkan International & Shinbukan Center For The Martial Arts Present: The Classical Combat Sampler Series TANTO JUTSU Now is your chance to see and learn the close quarter Tanto Jutsu / Knife tactics that were taught only to elite Samurai by the famous Yagyu clan - the private instructors and bodyguards of the Shogun. WHAT: A one day, 2 + hours, hands-on introductory Sampler of Yagyu Ryu Tanto Jutsu - knife fighting, Tanken Jutsu - short sword tactics, and Juken Jutsu - close quarters Bayonet fighting. This introductory Sampler will focus on proper gripping, postures, basic perforating, severing and offensive tactics, with a variety of fundamental engagements. The event will begin with a brief presentation of historical truths and some artifacts so be sure to come early.
