Bootcamps was born during the lockdown of 2020, in the car park next to our
original studio. Using only tyres for equipment, we developed a unique yet
challenging circuit based workout, which had our clients leaving our sessions
smiling yet sweaty. Since then, our classes have grown and evolved and we are
offering more than ever before Our Moto at FITMOB is Train Together Change
Together. We are a community who encourages one another no matter what your
fitness level, ability, age or goals. Sessions are lead by Head Coach Aisha
Matthews, who has over 15 years experience working in the Dance, Coaching and
Fitness industry.
