There's a lot of trainers out there looking for work and yet sometimes we struggle to have enough on board. This is because we don't hire just anyone. Before training under the SPOCE banner they must first meet our requirements. Trainers should obviously hold the qualification they are delivering. Having used the method live in the work place would be a definite advantage. A number of interviews would be held internally with management and lead trainers. There would be a familiarisation period with SPOCE training materials. Initial events would be co-delivered with one of our lead trainers and then subsequent classes would be observed with feedback. Ongoing assessments and updates would follow and of course delegate feedback from every course is monitored and actioned when necessary.
