AP Cymru provide a peer support outreach service for families going through the diagnostic process, and the crucial months which follow, by pooling together our lived experience to provide a warm, friendly, and accessible service. The majority of our staff are Neurodiverse and are parents to Neurodiverse children, so we are able to provide well-rounded, positive, and understanding information to parent/carers. Our families can access a wide variety of workshops, training courses, clinics, guest speakers, and family fun sessions. The waiting lists for therapies and other services in most areas are incredibly long, therefore the workshops we facilitate allow parent/carers to access general information from professionals while they wait for their child to reach the top of the waiting lists for more individualised programmes. We also provide fun and interactive workshops for organisations and businesses of all shapes and sizes, creating opportunities to engage in continued professional development which enhance the day-to-day experiences of thousands of Neurodiverse people and their families. This in turn assists with ending the stigma which is still sadly linked to Neurodiversity within our society. Our workshops and talks are not just for adults. We provide assemblies and other talks within schools, catering for all ages and stages from the Early Years Foundation Phase (KS1) through to Key Stage 5.

My name’s Marion Webber and I’ve been working in the field of Arts in Health and more general participatory arts for over a decade. Studies* have proven the benefits of taking part in creative activities that support our daily lives. I founded Arting Celfio during 2020, to enable Healthcare professionals and artists specialising within Arts and Health to collaborate and provide high-quality, tailor-made, person-centered arts projects. I am a practicing artist based in South Wales, with extensive experience in Participatory Arts Practice. This has given me the privilege to work with diverse participants on many commissions resulting in the installation of artworks in both temporary and permanent exhibitions. My art practice and knowledge inform how I collaborate and co-curate projects with Healthcare professionals and fellow artists within the field of Arts in Health. I have an MA (with Distinction - Arts Practice Arts, Health and Wellbeing) and gained a PGCE PcET Teaching Qualification (Post-16 and Adult Education sectors). I deliver creative workshops, informed by reflective practice and a commitment to continued professional development that connects, and provides meaningful activities that value people’s input and stories. Who works at The Bonny Academy? At the moment, the only person working here is the founder, Lee-Ann Bonny. Lee-Ann is an experienced & fully qualified teacher. Look on the bio page for more info. I am already building a small team of very talented individuals who will be fully trained to deliver courses to you & your teams. What do we do here? The Bonny Academy offers courses based around vocal coaching, performance & music theory and is aiming towards a future of training for roles in the events industry. There are vocal coaching subscriptions available, as well as online vocal courses. Vocal coaching & music tutoring is available via video call & face to face. The Bonny Academy has recently become a registered centre with awarding body Qualsafe. You can now access a wider range of courses including: Health & Safety at Work, Risk Assessments, Safeguarding, Fire Safety, Education & Training Level 3 and much more. Some of these courses have e-learning available in the shop on this website and, in the training section, you’ll find a full list of courses I currently offer. You’ll also find links to sign up to courses that I’ll be holding. All Qualsafe courses are certified qualifications & are regulated by Ofqual. Any Qualsafe qualfication that you do with me can be added to your digital learning record. Your learning record holds all of your qualifications from 2012 and can be accessed by educational institutions and employers, so you can make sure your credentials are proven. I am working hard on offering live/online workshops linked with live events services: volunteering, awareness of vulnerable groups, disability recognition, ALN/SEND & much more! The Bonny Academy courses & workshops will be accredited so you can add the hours to your Continued Professional Development files. The quarterly online vocal workshop already has accreditation & is worth 2 CPD hours, so make sure you sign up with your email to find out dates for those!
