In this morning workshop, well combine the deep healing breathwork, with guided breath awareness mediation and Qigong mindful movements to help you to reconnect with the power of your breath. Giving you the tools to help tackle stress and anxiety in our every day lives. We will begin by opening the body and waking up our energy with Qigong mindful movement to clear the winter heaviness. We will then get intimate with our breath using a breath awareness meditation. I will then guide you through a gentle and yet powerful Breathwork Journey. We will use conscious connected breathing to encourage deep detoxification of your body, releasing stuck energy and beliefs and resetting your whole nervous system. Opening your body and mind to new possibilities and leaving you to breathing more freely and naturally. We will take general shots of the room and breathers, there will be no close ups of anyone who would prefer not to be of focus, but if you are comfortable let us know. This course follows the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health's syllabus. REFERENCE CODE 610/0075/3 COURSE LEVEL NVQ Level 2 THIS COURSE IS AVAILABLE IN Course Overview This qualification is aimed at individuals wishing to prove they have the level and range of knowledge and skills required to install Interior Systems in the Construction working environment. It is not expected that all workers will complete the same tasks, there are 3 mandatory units common to all pathways. The Pathways will allow employees with specific skills and from companies of all sizes equal opportunity to complete. All work must be completed following Industry recognised Safe Working Practices and in accordance with relevant legislation. This qualification is at Level 2, although some units may be at different levels and should be taken by those who are fully trained to deal with a range of tasks and situations. There is also a Level 2 Certificate and a Level 3 Diploma in Interior Systems available.

REFERENCE CODE 601/2998/0 COURSE LEVEL NVQ Level 2 THIS COURSE IS AVAILABLE IN Course Overview This qualification is aimed at those who have responsibility for carrying out Building Maintenance work in the workplace. Because of the wide range of Construction related maintenance work it is not expected that all candidates will carry out the same activities; the qualification is structured to ensure that there is a high degree of flexibility within the units available. There are 6 pathways to cover a range of maintenance tasks that come under the following broad headings; Carpentry and Joinery, Painting and Decorating, , Tiling, Plastering, Roofing and Trowel Operations. Candidates must complete at least 2 of these pathways. All work must be completed following Industry recognised Safe Working Practices and in accordance with relevant legislation. This qualification is at Level 2, although some units may be at different levels and should be taken by those who are fully trained to deal with routine assignments. Candidates should require minimum supervision in undertaking the job. The qualification has been developed in a way to allow employees from companies of all sizes and specialisms equal opportunity to complete.
