Mandy Johnson - Company Director Mandy is the director of No Limit Training &
Development and believes that there is No Limit to people’s personal development
and growth. During her career she has worked both in the UK and internationally
and has a demonstrable record of developing and successfully implementing
progressive Learning and Development initiatives in multi-site environments,
bringing about change and adding measurable value. She has held roles within the
manufacturing sector, private sector (financial services) and retail. She has
over thirty years’ experience in the learning and development arena. Since
opening No Limit Training and Development she has had the pleasure to work with
numerous organisations in other sectors such as different Housing Associations
and Health Boards. Mandy is a fellow member of both the Institute of leadership
and Management and the Chartered Management Institute. She is a qualified
trainer and coach, has been an accredited NLP Master practitioner since 2007,
and holds a career counselling licence through CCS (London).
