The Collective partners with Creative Lab Academy to strengthen the local church around the world. Drew Rogers, Founder Drew is the Founder of My Language Lab and has tutored hundreds of students from adults to exam students and SMEs. Her portfolio of corporate clients includes: Amazon Prime, Disney, the BBC, the NHS, HBO, Admiral Plc,The Economist, Foreign & Commonwealth Office, Premiership Football Clubs and Pinewood TV Studios. Drew was born in Tanzania and moved to London speaking little English. Within a few years, she’d won a scholarship to an independent girls school in Surrey and was speaking 5 languages. She studied European Studies with Spanish, French and Italian at Cardiff University. Following graduation she worked as a Financial and Business Analyst for Citigroup and Thomson Reuters in the City, liaising with European banks. Returning to her love of languages, she launched her first academy in Cardiff before later opening in Bristol and London. Drew is fluent in English, Spanish, French, Gujarati and conversational Italian.

Kinetic School of Performing Arts was founded in 2013 by Director, Choreographer & Teacher Kris Crowley. Kinetic are a Theatre School, Musical Theatre Company & Youth Academy working throughout Cardiff and the surrounding areas. Kinetics' aim is to equip performers with the skills and experiences needed to enter the performing arts industry with the ethos of training whilst performing. Providing our performers with a vast range of performance opportunities enables them to put into practice a wide range of skills whilst nurturing their confidence, stage awareness and ability. Each year across the company Kinetic stages a range of productions & projects at our resident performance venues at The Richard Burton Theatre at the Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama & The Atrium (University of South Wales). As well as staging our own full scale musicals we perform at concerts, charity events, festivals & work with other companies & organisations collaboratively. Kinetic provides itself on its high reputation and standards, working at an industrious pace where team work & an endeavour for excellence remains key in our core values. About the Academy Our academy was established in Great Britain in 2012, its founder is a professional photographer, documentary filmmaker and graphic designer Mariusz Śmiejek, who published his photos in magazines around the world, winner of many awards, including the National Geographic magazine award for the best photojournalism. With a great passion for sharing knowledge, and a lot of experience in conducting workshops outdoors and in the studio, we offer intensive weekend photography workshops and courses for beginners, intermediate users of digital cameras. We also run several-day workshops for advanced photographers who are thinking about the next steps towards professional photography and for enthusiasts who want to learn how professionals work, listen to their tips and learn their secrets. We provide a wonderful, cordial atmosphere in an intimate group of positively "freaky" photography enthusiasts, which usually results in long acquaintances. Our workshops are prepared in such a way that in small groups and in a nice atmosphere, each participant has the best opportunity to learn the secrets of photography. The program is prepared in such a way that you can learn to use various photography and post-production techniques on your own photos under the guidance of award-winning and appreciated professionals with experience in Poland and abroad. After our workshops, you will look at the world around you in a completely different way and you will start consciously pressing the shutter button of your cameras, which will have a significant impact on the quality of your photos.
