cardiff print workshop
Cardiff Print Workshop was first set up with ‘AADW’ (Artists and Designers in
Wales) in 1979 at its original site on Tyndall Street, Cardiff Bay, where it
stayed until 1990. Due to the Cardiff Bay Development Project however the
workshop was forced to move to the Howardian Adult Education Centre in 1991. In
December 2011 CPW expanded and began renting an additional space from Chapter
Arts Centre in Market House. The Howardian Adult Education Centre has now closed
and it is here that we continue to run classes and printmaking masterclasses to
the public and CPW members.
