Page to Stage Wales believe that young people are most motivated when learning is fun and interactive. All workshops encourage pupils to work imaginatively and collaboratively. Sarah and Serena have worked as actors and directors for a range of companies including the BBC, National Theatre Wales and Hijinx Theatre as well as teaching in primary, secondary and FE settings. They can offer interactive and inspiring workshops for schools, care homes, museums, libraries and community groups which explore drama techniques, storytelling, script writing and history. They also offer CPD for teachers and bespoke events such as themed World Book Day workshops. Page to Stage are happy to discuss tailor made projects to suit your requirements. Both have a wealth of experience of working alongside additional learning needs pupils and are glad to adapt any of the workshops to best suit participants.

La Petite Academy is a friendly, unique nursery which has been established since October 1995.Based in a large one-story building, situated in a quiet residential suburb of Littleover, the nursery is registered to care for 78 children in total, to ensure a high quality of childcare is maintained we restrict our daily numbers to 66, children are aged from 3 months to 5 years, together with a Morning and Afterschool club for children up to the age of 11 years. The nursery is conveniently situated away from the main road, in a small crescent opposite the green, and has parking spaces directly in front of the building. La Petite Academy are renowned for a high quality service and remain very successful due to word of mouth and personal recommendations from parents; we have never advertised since opening. We pride ourselves on offering a warm, inviting atmosphere where we can give you individual attention and are flexible with your needs and concerns.

My daughter was a toddler who didn’t like to sleep and as our families lived too far away to help on the daily childcare, it was time for a change. I decided to take a career break and train as a fitness Instructor so I could continue working but in a more flexible way. It was initially intended as an interim measure but I have never looked back. It all started with Zumba Fitness. At the time it was deemed the latest fitness craze. I became qualified as an ETM (Exercise to music) Instuctor and certified in Zumba Fitness before running a couple of classes in my local town. I continued to add to that over the years and I now teach Zumba Gold, Strong nation and I am certified in Zumba Toning, Zumba Sentao. I am a fully qualified Personal Trainer and a Hatha Yoga Teacher certified in Ashtanga, Pre and Post Natal Yoga and SUP Yoga (Stand up Paddle board) Yoga. I think that it is vital to keep enhancing your skills and knowledge to keep your classes fresh and exciting!

I'm a father of three teenagers, a partner, an ex-partner, a brither, a son, an uncle, a friend but work wise, a qualified Social Worker and a professional and personal coach. I am also a qualified Social Worker. I have a background of over 18 years in children's social care, with over 10 years of those as a Social Worker, and manager. Sullivan Upper is a co-educational, inter-denominational, voluntary grammar school. The school was founded in 1877 and, since 1939, has occupied extensive grounds on the edge of Holywood. The school’s aims remain very much as they originally were: to provide the best possible education for all pupils, regardless of race, sex, background or religious denomination. Pupils come to Sullivan from a large catchment area, covering North Down, Ards and East Belfast. We provide for all our pupils as broad and balanced a curriculum as possible; we support it (as our motto lamh foisdineach an uachtar ‘the gentle hand foremost’ suggests) with a much-praised pastoral care system; and we extend it through a tremendous range of games, clubs, societies and other extracurricular activities. A truly dedicated team of teaching and non-teaching staff helps all of our pupils to develop their talents to the full and to prepare themselves effectively for the challenges and responsibilities of adult life. Our emphasis is strongly academic and we place a high value on academic achievement. Pupils entering the school at age 11 begin a 5-year course of study leading to GCSE examinations, in which they will be expected to enter for at least 9 subjects, and it is anticipated that the vast majority of those who take GCSE examinations will remain at school for a further 2 years to take GCE AS and Advanced Level courses before heading off to universities at home or across the water, including Oxford and Cambridge.
