We want to encourage more people to be active and healthy which is why GB Fit
work hard to make all lessons fun and enjoyable sessions that anyone can do,
while helping you reach your goals. Martial arts teaches discipline and
confidence as well as helping kids and adults become faster, stronger and fitter
all round. Our fitness classes, while fun, will get you fit. With over 30 years
teaching experience between us we have a huge amount to offer. We are both
experienced martial artists and pride ourselves on our own fitness levels,
without spending hours in a gym. Our workouts consist of bodyweight exercises,
plyometrics, cardio, padwork and stretching.
