Trainer The trainer is Tony Buon, the Managing Partner of Buon Consultancy. He is a qualified workplace psychologist with over 30 years experience . Tony has worked in over 40 countries. He is a Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP) and Associate Lecturer at the Aberdeen Business School. He holds degrees in Psychology, Behavioural Sciences and Work‐ place Education and trains throughout the UK, Europe, The Middle East & Asia.
