Fourth Wall is a socially-driven training provider that uses theatre and the arts to develop the skills of young people aged 5-25 and create social change in the process. Our two core activities are: Running socially-driven theatre workshops with young people. We run fun and accessible programmes that utilise theatre and the arts, all with the aim of improving people and their communities as well as raising awareness of important social issues. In the past we have explored bullying, knife crime, intergenerational cohesion and more. After devising performances, we hold showcases and performance nights giving our members the opportunity to share their pieces. Delivering innovative training. We focus both on developing key skills associated with drama, such as confidence, creative and critical thinking, and interpersonal skills as well as programmes that give young people the opportunity to devise, create and run their own theatre groups and workshops. In the past we have delivered training to commercial clients, apprentices, university students and new staff.

After several years of experience teaching EAL to all age groups, she began teaching IB Diploma Programme English and ToK in 2002. Since then she has also taken on the roles of examiner and workshop leader for the IB. Her perspective has been shaped and informed by her varied experience and her teaching in very different and diverse contexts in Greece, Germany, the UK and China. Additionally, her experience from working at residential schools has enhanced her awareness of the impact of holistic education on teaching and lifelong learning. It is now available to anyone seeking freedom in the knowledge of true self. Neti Neti is a process of selective non-attention to a aspect of the total field of awareness. This is unique compared to other traditions. The series of contemplations in the Cula-Sunnata Sutta Buddhist sacred texts and the ancient Vedas refer to experiencing through Neti-Neti a direct experience with the vast fascinating void. Each stage in Neti Neti we are adding nothing new, but simply removing attention from some aspect of the previous contemplation. There is nothing new to attain, and nowhere to go but to be completely aware.The best way to understand each stage of Neti-Neti is that it is what is left when you remove the previous object of attention. It is amazing to see what we have missed because our attention was somewhere else. Just as a huge sky is delusional, if it believes it is a small cloud. Neti Neti allows the rays of understanding to pierce through the cloud to enable the sky to appear as clear as it is - clear as day. All the small things that niggle at us throughout the day causes distress and suffering. The free meditation classes will allow the small things dissolve in feeling the presence of that vastness.
