Born Jayne Elizabeth Fletcher, on the 30th November 1983 and grew up in Wolverhampton, Jayne was born 3 months premature; Deaf, with the doctors giving her only a small chance of survival. 38 years later this is her story… Jayne was born into a hearing family, who have no experience of deaf culture, identity or the language, they believed that Jayne would be fine and fit into normal hearing world and that she would get by . . . . Jayne struggled for years to battle mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, suicide attempts and self-harm, which she believes to be mainly due to communication issues, as so few people around her signed. Jayne spent a lot of educational years being denied access to courses that she had wanted to study such as music, due to her "disability". Her daily life incurred numerous barriers as there is very little access to information for people whose first language is BSL (British Sign Language). The impact of her announcing that she was gay, also resulted in her being bullied, not only for her deafness but also her sexuality.

My motivation for founding The Complete Approach was to make a positive impact on my clients' lives by offering a holistic approach to health and wellness. Through my extensive training in Hypnotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Mindfulness, Life Coaching, Holistic Nutrition, and Beyond Quantum Healing, I am equipped to address all aspects of a person's health. I firmly believe in the interconnectedness of the mind, body, and soul, and that maintaining balance in these areas is essential for overall well-being. Unlike practitioners who focus solely on one aspect of health, I adopt a comprehensive approach to improve my clients' happiness and well-being. To further this mission, I have developed a range of online courses and resource products designed to make healing accessible to everyone. The journey to healing is unique for each individual, whether you have experienced significant trauma, feel stuck in life, or are uncertain about the root of your discomfort. About Bright I's Lead Consultant and Director Bright I's is about the professional development of teaching methods in Literacy that are driven by creativity in classroom approach that ensures progress and impact. Bright I's is the brainchild of Kala Williams, a leading practitioner who has taught in Coventry's secondary and primary schools for over 15 years both as a tutor and a qualified teacher. Having identified her area of specialism as Reading in Literacy particularly in KS2 practice, Kala has conceptualised a consultancy that is about practice through active lesson modeling, staff support and training as well as on the ground lesson delivery and coaching. She has successfully driven progress and attainment in all schools taught with her unique and systematic classroom approach that keeps pupils hooked, engaged and driven by high aspirations. She has taught across both Key Stages with particular expertise in Year 6 and Year 5. Despite being a new primary consultant, her passion for literacy has seen rapid growth in the first year of Bright I's conception. To date, she has trained over 100 teachers across the West Midlands, coached over 30 teachers one to one, delivered group reading intervention to over 150 children (KS1 and KS2) and has currently written a book on reading teaching due for publishing by 2021 with Bloomsbury Education.

As an ex-English teacher in a busy secondary school and a current Guide Leader, Gemma can bring those skills into her dance and drama lessons to make them fun but purposeful. Gemma currently teaches Street, Freestyle, Musical Theatre / Drama and Ballroom / Latin classes with the support of other teachers and dance coaches. Gemma is continuing to develop her own personal portfolio whilst supporting other students and trainee teachers along their own dance pathways. Current qualifications include: Fellow with the IDTA with qualifications in Freestyle, Latin, Ballroom, Rock 'n' Roll and Musical Theatre; ABD Acrobatic Dance, IDTA Anatomy and Physiology Diploma. Emily Harris, Teacher Emily (BA Hons) joined our team in 2017 and is packed with enthusiasm. Whilst her speciality is Ballroom and Latin, she is also qualified in Freestyle and happy to help in all genres. Emily has been dancing from the tender age of 3 with experience in ballet and tap as well as the above mentioned styles and is keen to share her knowledge and enthusiasm with other dancers. Her degree in education and special needs is just another asset she brings to our academy, further enhancing our inclusivity policy. DBS checked annually and First Aid trained. Jordanne Wood, Teacher Jordanne has been dancing since she was 2 years old with experience in all theatre subjects including ballet, tap, theatre craft, modern jazz, acro gymnastics and cheerleading. She attended the Pattisons College of Performing Arts in Coventry. She soon went on to complete her IDTA professional qualifications and then went into teaching full time. She also has a young child of her own bringing her maternal instincts into class. Like many of our teachers, Jordanne is continuing to work through more IDTA dance qualifications whilst she is teaching with the aim of eventually becoming an IDTA examiner. Jordanne's current qualifications include associate with the IDTA in Freestyle, Ballet, Tap and Modern Jazz; BGU level 4 in Cheerleading. DBS checked and First Aid trained. Liam Pincher, Teacher Liam began his dance journey as a contemporary dancer, but slowly moved to street dance styles the more he learned about them.This took him to study an urban dance course in London, and even to study Urban Dance in America! Over the years, he has gained experience in a variety of street dance styles including hip hop, House, popping, locking, and breaking all whilst experiencing battle culture, performance opportunities and teaching. He's always very excited to have the opportunity to share everything he's learned with fellow dancers and has already made a positive impact on many of our students. DBS checked and First Aid trained. Emily Hunt, Teacher Emily started dancing at the age of three in Ballet, Tap and Jazz, gaining medals and performing in regular shows with her sister. Progressing through medals and competitions, Emily became a finalist in the 'British Amateur Junior Modern Sequence' at the age 14. Leaving the competition world behind she began studies for her Pre-Associate exam in 2010 where she won the 'Bill Tasker Award' before proceeding on to her Associate exams where she was nominated for the 'John Dilworth Award'. Emily has a 2:1 Ba Hons degree in 'Professional Dance Teaching' from Buckinghamshire New University as well as her IDTA professional awards. Her specialism is Classical Sequence but she is also an experienced Ballroom, Latin and Freestyle teacher. DBS checked and First Aid trained. Dance Coaches We are really lucky to have a group of amazing volunteers who assist with our classes. Aged only 12-18, these girls have a fabulous rapport with our other students and can be essential in making new members feel welcome and helping less experienced dancers with steps. They all undergo First Aid Training and have DBS checks at the appropriate age.
