Our History Dear Families, My name is Matthew Bundy and I am the President of Indi-Kid, the parent corporation to Finding Me Now Learning Center. Thank you for your interest in Finding Me Now! We look forward to the opportunity to provide exceptional service to your family through the early years of your child’s life! Our corporation, Indi-Kid, has a long history of providing quality care for families throughout Indiana. The company was founded in 1972 by my grandfather Ray Bundy and led by my father, Michael, shortly after its inception. In 2004, we committed to expanding our mission to “Care for children in a manner that will please both the parents we serve and God” by carefully selecting our new name. “Finding” symbolizes the age of discovery in a young child. “Me” expresses the importance of the individual child. “Now” emphasizes the value of each child at this very moment. More than 40 years after our doors first opened, our traditional values of family, faith, and learning through play are always at the center of our operations. We have based our program on the traditional daycare tenets of love & play, while providing a modern learning program that has earned the highest quality rating the State of Indiana awards, as well as national accreditation from the National Association for the Education of Young Children. Technology-based assessment and planning tools provide our teachers with guidance to perpetually structure their lesson plans to the development needs of each child as well as the group. We are extremely pleased to feature The Creative Curriculum® by Teaching Strategies® as the framework of our childhood education program. Our experienced team uses this powerful tool to continuously assess your child’s development, tailoring immersive lesson plans to individualized needs. On a personal level, as I was considering the opportunity to join Finding Me Now, I was reminded by my older brother of a simple prayer that he heard me pray many nights as a young child. Growing up we were aware of the business that our father operated, thus my prayer was to “keep the kids safe at daddy’s centers.” That prayer remains true in my heart, but has grown to include a deeper ambition for the children’s development and for the advancement of our staff. The business first operated from premises in the small village of Knowle in Solihull but moved into larger premises in July 2012 to accommodate the larger tile projects that they were being requested to supply. The new premises within Century Park, Birmingham, offered better access for hauliers due to its locality to Birmingham Airport and the major motorway network as well as offering a much larger warehousing capacity. A real success story, more recently the business has expanded its operation even further by opening a state of the art eco-friendly architectural showroom based in Meriden between Birmingham and Coventry. The showroom offers and extensive range of unique and innovative collections on display, with access to thousands of samples. The showroom offers modern meeting spaces and a state of the art office space all under one roof. We can provide onsite CPD training and various types of technical testing. The directors are supported in their day to day business operations by an experienced and talented back office team who cover administration, warehousing, finance and sales. They are currently looking to further expand this team in order to manage the additional demand and retain their reputation for excellent customer service, something with which they have become known for. The company is particularly proud of the clients that they have accumulated over the years who include many household names both in the UK and abroad. Over the past four years the company has also exhibited at shows such as 100% Design and Surface while featuring in FX Magazine and IDFX Magazine as well as being members of the TTA. The Directors have visited Cersaie in Italy each year since the company’s inception to meet with suppliers and further cement their relationships guaranteeing their clients access to the latest and most technologically advanced tile ranges. With turnover increasing year on year the company has ambitious plans for progressive growth as well as continuing to innovate within the tile sector by further streamlining the tile specification process. We welcome enquiries from commercial clients and can offer a range of services and advise on our products including ancillary products which complement our collections. My name is Jo Souter and I am an experienced specialist dyslexia teacher and assessor. I am passionate about helping children to unlock their potential! Specialist teacher and assessor Oxfordshire As a teacher and as a mum of 2, I understand that every child is different and that a 'one size fits all' approach doesn't work. As a result my teaching is personalised to each student and draws on their strengths. My philosophy is that if your child doesn't understand something, then it is up to me to teach it differently. Up until having my children, I was a full time class teacher in a primary school. Therefore I understand the demands of teaching a class of 30 children each with differing strengths and difficulties! My skill is in creating a positive learning environment in which your child can thrive. After missing school due to Covid my daughter had sessions with Jo to increase her confidence. It was really inspiring to see her learning and enjoying a more creative & fun way of learning. - Parent of a Year 1 student Over the past 9 years I have worked as a specialist dyslexia teacher and assessor both in schools and privately. In addition to assessing, teaching and supporting individual children, I provide training and guidance for parents, teachers and support staff. Qualifications The field of dyslexia is ever evolving and I am committed to keeping up to date with the latest developments. As an Associate Member of the BDA (AMBDA), my continuing professional development is verified by the BDA every 3 years. I appear on both the BDA and PATOSS registers.

Cuban Salsa is very much alive in the heart of the Midlands with Havana Salsa! Rodolfo and his wife Laura, and their team of trained instructors from across the globe have teamed up to bring the addictive Cuban Salsa to many people of all ages. With weekly Cuban Salsa classes in many cities across the midlands are fun and full of energetic content accompanied by great music and great people. Anybody can join the classes from absolute beginner’s right up to advance dancers. No partners are needed, just bring your enthusiasm to take on a beautiful dance. We have one passion… whether it is via one of our weekly Cuban Salsa classes across the Midlands , or our regular fiestas (social dance parties) and workshops; we hope to share that passion with you.

Hereward College is a national college for people with disabilities and additional needs based in Coventry. It offers learners a varied curriculum that focuses on skills for independent living and employment. The college has both day and residential provision, which caters for a whole range of needs ranging from students with autism, physical difficulties, profound and multiple learning difficulties and complex disabilities. With a person centred approach, which is destination-led, learners follow a study programme designed to meet their needs and support progression. There is a real focus on employability, and every learner has access to work experience opportunities linked to their learning. Learners also have the opportunity to take part in Hereward’s supported internship study programme with one of the college’s partner employers that enables them to gain valuable experience within a supported environment. A range of additional support is available to students to ensure their journey through college runs as smoothly as possible. Learners can access speech and language therapy, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, social and emotional support, nursing support, and independent learning support. The college also offers respite care breaks for 16 to 25 year olds which provide young people with a taste of residential life, a chance to socialise with peers and take part in group and college activities.

A city landmark, this Grade II* listed building was built in the mid-18th century as a home for the wealthy Molineux family, before becoming a hotel in the 1870s. Having fallen into disrepair after closing in 1979, the building has since been fully restored, with the impressive wood panelled Oak Room and ornate Rococo Room giving a glimpse into the former life of the building.
