Our School aims have been established by the governors, through consultation. They reflect the spirit of partnership with our community, through which we are best able to meet the needs of our young people.

Pioneers Leading the Way were established in 1999 as a voluntary organisation and in 2004 became a Registered Charity and Company Limited by Guarantee. Pioneers Leading the Way has an overriding objective to facilitate the recruitment, training and development of volunteer mentors, from various racial, ethnic and religious communities in Birmingham, with an aim to support all students in need. We have a group of experienced trustees who all hold relevant experience in the work that the organisation carries out. Pioneers Leading the Way are also in receipt of the National Standard for Mentoring from the National Mentoring and Befriending Foundation. Pioneers Leading the Way are members of the Birmingham Mentoring Consortium which was established in December 1996 by a consortium of six mentoring organisations which collectively represented a wide cohort of communities from Birmingham.

Enabling People To Grow Their Companies Through Funnels ClickFunnels was born in 2014 when the frustration and time required to build a successful funnel just became too much to handle. Russell and Todd got together for a week and mapped out their dream software, asking questions like, “Well what if it could do this?”. Todd built ClickFunnels in the months to follow and Russell sold it. Some would call this partnership a match made in heaven, but we believe that when two or more great minds come together there's nothing that cannot be achieved.

Stephen the owner is very kind, approachable and knowledgeable as he not only aims to help you transform your body but also your mind too! Lastly, the atmosphere of the gym is chill with modern touches. The gym contains state-of-the-art facilities and equipments to better aid your exercising experience and the premises is always clean and well looked after. Hands down the best gym I’ve come across!
