We are a local charity providing specialist care and support to people who are
affected by a life-limiting illness. Although many of our patients have cancer,
we also care for people who have other life-limiting illnesses too, such as
Motor Neurone Disease, Heart Failure and COPD, among others. Our patients and
their families are at the heart of everything we do.
