Needle-felting is a fascinating experience, watching creations taking a life and form of their own as you work. It is a very intuitive and tactile craft. Tools required are few and the materials relatively inexpensive. The work can be picked up and put down at a moment’s notice, and can be carried out almost anywhere. Michelle started teaching the craft eight years ago, holding regular workshops at venues across the country. She has now taught over 2000 people and her book on Needlefelting will be published in January 2024 by Crowood Press. Workshops are held in a very relaxed atmosphere - it’s been said that the laughs are as good as the course!  There are several regular venues all over the country or you can travel to Furzie's Workshop in Somerset or arrange for Furzie to travel to you.

Josh Bowker is a widely respected songwriter and singer, who has written songs which have had millions of online streams, and who now writes for smaller projects, and works with songwriters to help them get the best out of their song ideas. His intuitive and encouraging approach helps calm the tension that comes from writer’s block, and can touch on the things that songs need to go from average to great. Josh is passionate about getting people writing songs, and is always looking for new opportunities to bring his coaching to young people and those who might not otherwise have had the chance to work on their creative gifts. OUR STORY Hello, we are Elane and Sarah, Co-Founders of I Am In Print. We’ve known each other since our first day of secondary school – when Sarah was forced to sit next to Elane and hasn’t been able to get rid of her since. Keen life explorers we’ve shared numerous adventures, including backpacking around Australia, driving from Las Vegas to San Francisco and getting lost in Hong Kong. Despite often living in different continents we have always managed to meet halfway and have run up many a phone bill. In 2014 we set ourselves the challenge to co-write a book and spent many hours developing plots and characters.  The idea for I Am In Print bumped into us in 2018; we wanted a community to unite all writers, published and unpublished, and increase access to top agents and publishers. Broadcasts came first. Then we became the first to host online feedback sessions. We call them #Agent121 - an opportunity to meet an agent onscreen for advice on your submission package. In-person events began, then online publishing and writing days. And in 2022 we became Directors of our own I Am Writing Festival. We loved meeting members of the writing community at the festival in Winchester 2022 and in Bristol 2023.  Where ever you are on your writing journey, we would love to see you at one of events soon.

bristol photography lessons

I have been teaching photography for over twenty years  - both privately and as a Senior Lecturer at University level. I offer a course for beginners where in 6 x 1 hour lessons you will be shooting in manual, editing your photos so they really pop and have a great understanding of light and composition. All classes are 121 to ensure you learn at your own pace and I run a jargon-free zone! For those more experienced photographers I also offer a portfolio review to discuss how to make more money from your photography or produce that body of work you have already dreamed of. As well as being a professional photographer for nearly three decades I also have a Masters in Teaching and a Fellow of the Higher Education Accademy.

All classes are based in Westbury Wiltshire in our own private dance studios which consists of three separate studios fitted with dance floors, mirrors and ballet barres, a reception area, waiting room, uniform shop and a changing room, they cater for children as young as 2 years old up to adults. The classes we offer are Modern Theatre, Tap, Ballet, Hip Hop, Jazz, Contemporary, Acro, Musical Theatre and Tiny Tots.  We also offer adult classes in Tap, Ballet, Commercial, Danceacise, Theatre Fit and Balletcore.

We are actively recruiting additional fully qualified Approved Driving Instructors (ADI’s) to help with incredibly high demand for our driving lessons. Current rate ADI’s will earn is £45 per hour weekdays and £50 per hour weekends. Our weekly franchise rate is currently just £35 per week to try and help as many students as possible.
