Hi! My name is Holly and I am a fully qualified hypnobirthing teacher based in
Scarborough, North Yorkshire. I offer online hypnobirthing too if this isn't
local to you! I'm also a proud mum to 3 children and 1 angel baby who is forever
16 days old. I did a hypnobirthing course similar to what I now teach when I was
expecting my eldest in 2016 and I was hooked! I have been talking passionately
about hypnobirthing ever since and have used the techniques, tools and knowledge
in all 4 of my very different pregnancies. I have experienced a natural hospital
birth and 3 belly births (c-sections), all of which were positive birthing
experiences. Through the years I have gained a lot of knowledge from my own
journey and through studying hypnobirthing, pregnancy mindfulness and relaxation
along the way. I've also gained a lot of insight into hospital procedures, NHS
protocols and where to go for advice and expertise to ensure I can signpost you
to have the correct knowledge to make informed and empowering decisions about
your own body.
