A standard set of hygiene measures remain in place on all our first aid courses and we can accommodate workplace specific hygiene requirements on private courses where we send a trainer to your premises. React First has a full schedule of public first aid courses across Central London for individuals to attend. All our courses give a first aid, including CPR, certificate which is valid for 3 years. All CPR is taught using the up to date UK Resuscitation Council Guidelines (2021). Through my extensive training in Hypnotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Mindfulness, Life Coaching, Holistic Nutrition, and Beyond Quantum Healing, I am equipped to address all aspects of a person's health. I firmly believe in the interconnectedness of the mind, body, and soul, and that maintaining balance in these areas is essential for overall well-being. Unlike practitioners who focus solely on one aspect of health, I adopt a comprehensive approach to improve my clients' happiness and well-being. To further this mission, I have developed a range of online courses and resource products designed to make healing accessible to everyone. The journey to healing is unique for each individual, whether you have experienced significant trauma, feel stuck in life, or are uncertain about the root of your discomfort. Flexible Training Where it is possible we offer virtual, online and distance courses. Some courses do require face to face training and we offer blended training options to help reduce the time you need to spend in the classroom helping to reduce time away from home or work.
