Inclusion Support Service Our Inclusion Support Service delivers specialist advice and practical solutions that will support you in the teaching of pupils with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). We work collaboratively with you to design a bespoke package specific to your needs, providing strategies that help to ensure your children thrive. Our support will leave your school with capacity and capability to have a long lasting impact, and our professional challenge will enable your school staff to develop outstanding SEN and inclusive practices. Our service is comprised of a team of teachers who bring an extensive local and national perspective of SEND best practice. They have substantial specialist knowledge, skills and advanced qualifications in SEN and are experienced classroom practitioners and leaders/managers of SEN provision in schools. We use evidence based approaches from sources such as the Education Endowment Foundation, Whole School SEND, PDNet and the Autism Education Trust and support you to implement these in your context. The team also have well established links to a wide range of other services, professionals and health agencies, as well as a strong professional relationship with NASEN (National Association of SEN) and Bath Spa University. Core services Our service can be accessed on a consultancy basis, or at different levels of subscription with a number of days spread over three terms. We can work with you as an individual school or work with groups of schools to support collaboration and meet your local priorities. Our service can provide: Strategic support for SEND leadership and whole school capacity building to ensure your school can meet SEND needs Specialist advice around the SEND areas of need of cognition and learning communication and interaction physical development and medical social, emotional and mental health Support with identifying and analysing need and making appropriate provision, along with individual casework to support complex needs Liaison with other professionals, families and schools to successfully manage the transfer of pupils at transition points Support for SENCOs in meeting the needs of the SEND Code of Practice and improving provision, including drop in sessions High quality training for leaders, teachers, governors, parents and support staff Hub and cluster packages that promote collaborative working, sharing good practice and maximising impact. Specialist advice in urgent situations delivered via our telephone/email helpline.

We take a person-centred approach to assessing and supporting every young person referred to us. From the moment the referral comes in, we begin tailoring a package of individualised interventions to ensure each young person gets the right kind of support, in the way that will make the most difference for them. Working towards meeting the objectives set and agreed upon by the young person’s support team and social worker, each young person is referred to specific, relevant programmes. ndate Systems Ltd was formed in 1991, initially providing Written Schemes of Examination (WSE), and helping companies to comply with the Pressure Systems Safety Regulations (PSSR) set out by the Health and Safety Executive(HSE). Major expansion from 2000 enabled Mandate to take advantage of a gap in the market and progress to providing a full comprehensive solution for the pressure industry including consultation, auditing, technical manuals, statutory Pressure System examinations and training. From 2000 technological developments were made by moving away from paper to CD manuals, followed by progressing to emails in 2003, and online documentation by 2005. With over 25 years experience in compressed air, we have used our vast knowledge to be the frontrunner in new technologies, most recently moving reports from paper based to the cloud; Since 2017 all of the reports and documents produced by Mandate are now held in an innovative cloud-based system, streamlining and expediting the whole process. We have recently been thrilled to bring to the market PressureSafe – a new concept that is revolutionising the industry. Over time we have assisted over 5000 customers with PSSR and produced over 9000 Technical Pressure System Safety Manuals, including Written Schemes of Examination (WSE). With a multitude of customers ranging from the Ministry of Defence, Blue Chip PLC’s, and the Emergency services to small garages and dentists, we comprehensively produce WSE’s and carrying out legal examinations on many gases, mixed gas, compressed air and steam systems varying from 0.5bar +. Our dedicated team have many years of experience in this area of Health & Safety, with our head of engineering qualified to CEng and a member of the IMechE and IMarEST. With a complement of engineers having extensive knowledge of pressure system design, installation, commissioning and maintenance, we specialise in providing our customers with a service that we truly believe is second to none.

Giving is part of the fabric of our community at TSP and what makes our school so special. Our staff give their time and expertise to create a memorable education for our children, and the children give so much energy and enthusiasm to their work. We would also like to invite members of the wider TSP community to give time, talent or treasure, however they can, in support of our school to make a direct difference to our children’s lives. Recent projects that have been supported / funded include: · Contributing to the refurbishment of the Hall through purchasing a new projector and speakers · Improving year 3 and 4 classrooms · Sourcing new ICT equipment · Extra workshops to further enhance the school’s curriculum The school’s current focus is on: · enhancing the Year 1 playground area. This small, contained area is very tired and in need of some improvements to create a stimulating, engaging space for play. Your contributions will make a difference every day for the children who pass through year 1 each year. · improving the Key Stage 1 playground which is a thoroughfare for the school and is also used as the play area for Clubhouse, our wrap around care service. · Following the refurbishment of the school hall which has improved central space for the children to use throughout the day, to now also upgrade the sound and lighting equipment which would further enhance our school performances and workshops. We aim to raise a minimum of £5,000 each academic year to support projects such as these – the more we can raise, the sooner our children can benefit.
