But it was only when I started working with a coach that I started to see the change I craved. Coaching helped me connect with myself. It allowed me to take charge of my life, to enjoy being me.

Through The Haven she works with clients to promote parental mental health, the prevention of parental compassion fatigue and support families through therapeutic parent coaching.
