Xcite Training Ltd was born from a vision and passion for children’s wellbeing,
health, & development. Our company grew from a previous collaboration under C&C
Training Team and currently trains childcare professionals, teachers and support
staff who care for children. We offer a wide range of courses and services; from
professional first aid courses to schools, nurseries and childminders as well as
parent and children’s first aid. Within our childcare services, we again provide
a number of courses to the professional sector and parents alike such as our
‘A-Z of Babies’ or our ‘Sound Asleep’ courses. To promote personal wellbeing and
mindfulness you will find fun, relaxing craft days under our Events page to
counter the busy day-to-day. Xcite Training constantly changes and adapts to
meet the needs of Lincolnshire’s Early Years practitioners and are very proud to
have delivered on behalf of the Lincolnshire County Council Early Years team for
