I run workshops in wreath making at seasonal events and for other celebrations such as hen parties, baby showers and get togethers. I also deliver practical gardening workshops in subjects such as pruning and propagation.   I am also a garden consultant. With over 10 years of practical experience working in a variety of gardens, I can advise on how to get the best out of your garden. Sessions will be tailored to your needs entirely, but could include advice on the following topics:  * care and pruning of plants,  * additions & changes to planting,  * practical tuition,  * changes to garden layout, * improving sustainability  * aiming for year round interest *  encouraging wildlife into the garden Previous clients have found this useful when taking on a new garden; particularly when it comes to decisions on first steps and identifying existing plants and how to maintain them. I’ve also visited clients who have got stuck in a rut with their garden and need a fresh pair of eyes to see where changes could be made.

We hope to encourage a lifelong enthusiasm for litter education, that will in turn inspire the children's and teachers litter approach, promote community environmental growth, and prepare students and staff for a constantly changing world. As a result, we aspire to teach as many children as possible about the impact litter has on the planet.

I am an experienced Wellbeing and Mental Health trainer and consultant. My mission is to get people talking more about mental health. I believe that by doing so we will see less people get to a crisis point. Licensed by Mental Health First Aid England, I provide MHFA Accredited training together with tailor made training and consultancy. For those individuals who want to look after their own mental health and maintain their wellbeing, I provide both the training and the toolkits to enable them to have meaningful conversations around mental health and wellbeing.
