We work with all ages to explore what wellbeing means to the and equip participants of our workshops with the skills, knowledge and understanding required to live a happy and healthy life. At Wellbeing Workshops CIC we work with a wide range of individuals across al demographics, this means that we create all of our workshops bespoke for whichever area of the community we are working with. You receive all workshop plans/units before your workshop takes place, giving you the opportunity to make any alterations to your workshop. All our workshops are delivered by passionate fully qualified teachers, fully trained and DBS checked. You know by using us you and your pupils get the best outcomes, information and progression. We embed up to date research and are continuously learning to ensure what we deliver is accurate and having the impact desired. We systematically and continuously measure our impact through ongoing research, feedback and reflection and adapt what we do in response to our findings. Hi I’m Mary and I run Baby and Child Massage UK. I love to collaborate and co-train with some amazing women and below you can find out a little about myself and the other trainers. IMG_1333.jpg Mary has been with the IAIM and MISA for over 10 years. She is a Certified IAIM Trainer and instructor and Massage in Schools Practitioner. Her background is in young people's work, sexual health training and education and clinic management. 'The IAIM wraps it's arms around the parent and child relationship without interfering. I was really struck by this aspect of empowering and supporting parents and babies on their journey without getting in the way of their unique process. The humble nature of the instructor allows parents to find their own way with their baby and really stood out to me. Sylvie Hétu was my trainer and I owe so much gratitude to her. I feel honoured to have be trained by the IAIM and feel a deep connection with it’s core intentions. I love the work of trainer and the work of an infant massage instructor. We have a lot of fun and I look forward to welcoming you onto my training. For me this work brings hope and possibility. Simple and Serious and Joyful.

Now, more than ever we need to get out in nature, to connect with our natural environment and with each other to let the healing process begin. We have been helping people of all ages to find their wild since 2018 with past activities and events including after school clubs, home-schooling club and women’s bushcraft groups In 2021, we are over the moon to be working on new projects and building on our new partnerships to support mental health and well-being and we are working towards a project focussing on rewilding, conservation and stewardship in our community. Our aim is to make the outdoors accessible to all, so we run a variety of workshops and events throughout the year. Please follow us on Facebook or Twitter for more up to date news. Find Your Wild activities are fully risk assessed and carried out under the supervision of qualified level 3 Forest School leaders and outdoor first aid trained staff. All staff and volunteers are DBS checked and trained in safeguarding.
